Is UDK free? What if I make money selling a game using the Unreal Engine?

Is UDK free? What if I make money selling a game using the Unreal Engine?
So yea. I was planning on using the Unreal Development Kit to make a game, so if I make money off of it. Is it possible and will I get all the money?
