Here guys both the source and win32 binary

oh and I just found out I had downloaded the wrong program when I posted earilier it wasn't a game no wonder I had no idea what it was about .

well I got it to work, no install needed just extract the files, kinda intresting, he needs to add what all the keys are. Need 2 players on the same keyboard also.

I guess the readme is hiding I didn't see it in the main directory, guess it's futher in.
