Tile based map editor
I am looking for a free/open source/commercial tile based map editor that let me create iso, hex and simple tile map.

I have already looked at Mappy from tilemap. Also tried google mostly end up with incomplete or crap editor.

Anyone got any recommendation ?

Im not trying to be a smart *** or anything but maybe since you mostly end up with editors you dont like you should make your own. That way you get what you want and you will learn something new also
