Working with 3d party tools

Hi all,
I wantes to ask, if I'm using a tool like ARtools for building AR game, do I need to pay royalties if I do not use the GPL but the commercial???

That depends on the tool of course.
But usually you don't have to pay anything if you don't make money using your program.
