Which language is suitable for game development Python or C#?
I'm not a game developer. I'm a graphic designer.
I know little about C#. But in python. I don't rightly know about it.
I would like to know Which is better for game programming.
Python or C#??

At the beginner level (which is your level now, I think) it does not greatly matter. However, you'd better use the language which you know better.
Later, when you'll get some skills in game development in your chosen language, you will find it easier to assess other languages and platforms (and learn them also).
For example for iOS and Android neither C# nor Python would do. But if you do not target to them, it is not important.

There is software that you can get to compile games for different platforms. Search for multi-platform game programming in google, there's heaps. I can't put any links here yet (new member). But have a look around for it.

You can use C# with unity game development engine.

In my experience with both of these languages, I'd say that C# is probably better for game development, if you use the Monogame Project with it.
