$12 by paypal for some simple php coding

I'm gonna give some $10 by paypal if they do a really simple bit of coding for me. It is really easy and I just can't be bothered to do it myself as I don't know that much about mysql but the php side is easy (i think). It is for scheduling races and stuff for games. Anyway what I want coded is a simple form that will allow users to enter and select information on a webpage. At the top of the form I would like there to be some kind of calander that the user can scroll through and select a date. Then there will be a dropdown underneath that where the user can select the time, one texbox for hours and one for minutes. I would then like another dropdown box which will allow them to select a game (more games should be able to added). Then radio buttons with the options public or private, and then a simple text box where the user can type in the name of the room name. And thats about it, all I want is that all boxes need to be verified and that the data is stored in a mysql table.

Now for the displaying of this. I want the page to show all the information that was entered in this order prefferably, date, time, game, public or private, and room name. I also want each entry sorted in a chronological order with the earliest date first. Once that date and time has passed I want the entry to be removed from the mysql table. I will also give a $2 bonus if someone can also filter the entries so that only public or private game are displayed and the different games as well. For the $2 the game and the public or private option should be able to displayed as a picture instead of text.

i wouldnt do anywhere near that amount of work for so little but speak to 1 of these russian or indian based companies

I have done projects similar to this, for bands, music sites, and even gaming sites. And they cost about $188 more.

I would do this for 55 dollars, but I think you'll find not many coders are willing to do an hours worth of work (and that is an hours worth of work if not more) for 12 bucks.

yeah as stated above that is a real short check you're cutting for the work. the work itself is simple but it would be more time consuming than 12 bucks is worth. times are hard for designers but not THAT hard.

Heh yes I'd do it but if $12 if what you're offering, you should learn it yourself because there's no coder out there who'd code that for a mere $12!
