Project Description : The iMeetPlus provides a way for the people to communicate more effectively through various features like whiteboard text chat, audio and video features that are integrated into a single unit. Any organization wishing to conduct conferences online can utilize this application. The users have facility to choose their conference time so once they are provided with ID then they can attend conference. This application also provides security features like authentication, session management tasks during the conferences. The users of iMeetPlus are been divided into presenter and normal client so that a presenter can access whiteboard, audio, video as well as text chat during the demo’s but normal client is denied access to whiteboard feature but he can utilise remaining features like audio, video and textchat.
Role:
 Coding and testing the WhiteBoard and TextChat Module of the application ,
 Involved as team member for providing Audio/Video features for the application
 Involved as team member in integration of entire modules into a single unit.

The user can store the in-coming and out-going mails in Folders.
Role:
 Programmer involved in designing and implementing the java classes.
 Coding server side applications to communicate with front-end using JSP and Servlets
 Developed front-end presentation layer with HTML
 JavaScript used for form validations.
 Developed JavaBeans to communicate with SQL Database.
