Active Registration - Need MAJOR HELP and will pay

Hello,
I am looking for a solution to protect a software I have created with an active online registration system. I need a system that will issue a new customer a serial after purchase and then allow them to activate the registration prior to using.

If at all possible, I would like to keep the option open to provoke the usage at a later time with a simple ping to a database.

I understand this is not related to this topic. I need help and may be willing to pay for knowledge or a solution. Possible areas I have found include asprotect, armadillo, and activesoft.net.
