Aim Help

Ok im not really sure what language Aim was written in.....but i was just wondering if anyone knows how to like create tabbed windows....i dont feel like paying for deadaim and i havent found any other good programs that tab well....can someone help me out and show me how to do this or somthing....

Check out gaim. It comes stanadard on most linux distrobutions, but is available for windows as well. It has all the features of deadaim (which sucks *** by the way), tabbed windows, transparency, and a few plugins.

Yes I have tried it but i dont really like the interface....do you know if there is any others......or maybe a way to change the skin for it?

I believe you can get different skins for it. You may choose from a few at installation. If your on linux, you can customize the hell out of it.

There are a few other clients, but i havent personally used them. A few weeks ago, i found a tutorial on righting an AIM client in Python. I'll try and find it for you and post it here.

Other than that, GAIM is your best bet. Just search for some skins, and plugins.

Heres the link, i believe its more bot related. But bots use the same functions, except they are totally automated. If you have any knowledge of python or any language for that matter you should be able to get this no prob.
