Available: distant development center in Russia
My name is Alison Gravis and I am Development Director of Idxstream, Inc. and we have been engaged in developing software for quite a long time. One day we encountered a necessity to reduce our costs and thanks to our partner managed to create a development center in Russia. High qualification of Russian programmers permits us to solve different tasks for quite a low price. We are also glad that their good English permits us to contact programmers directly while their schedule makes them almost distant staff of our company. So that really made cost reduction possible and pushed our profits up. If you need an example you can have a look at online demo-version of this product. And the most impressive thing about the product is that such a complex product was ready in due time, I received daily reports and could contact developers directly.
Actually we’ve had similar experience with Indian developers but with quite different results (almost failure). While $10 an hour we pay to Russian staff are not more than the rate of Indian ones.
If you are interested I will be glad to share my experience with you.
