Hello everyone,
I run a web design company ( CBI Web Design), and currently maintain two sites that we also redesigned/rebuilt from the ground up ( www.bearshare.com and www.freepeers.com). We are also in the process of bringing those sites up to W3C standards - one of which is already done.
There are two of us working full-time at this, with one graphic designer on call. We can build sites with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, MySQL databases, graphic design, blood sweat and tears.
