Blog type site - Quote needed

Hello,

I will require in the next couple of weeks a quote on a project that I'd like to develop. I'll give a breif description of what is required, and would like to see some "ball park" figures for how much it would cost to develop. Once I get a feel for how much this will cost, and who might be qualified, we can work out a more detailed requirement list.

Description:

The site will be a service that allows users to sign up and create there own blog like site. User Sites will be customizable in looks (ie user can select diffferent layouts/designs). Sites also have option for different "modules" to be installed. For example, instead of having just a blog, site owner can select to have photo album module included, calendar, etc.

There service will be free to use, so no payment/cart system is needed.

I know this is vague, but I need to start somewhere. I do have a more detailed requirement list made up, but would like to start here.

Also, I would like to see the site programmed in PHP using MySql to store data. Send a PM with your quote. I would like to see some examples of past projects you(or your team) have worked on as well.

Thanks,
Chris

might be up the right alley...

Sound like a good one... how about this.
I've already developed a multi-user 'online office' which has a photo-gallery, a file-keeper, a blogger, and calendar. Each 'account' can have administrators and viewers/users. the viewers can see each of the above based on individual permissions... I've just recently been rewriting sections (since the script is one-two yrs old now & I can clean it up better at this point). SO, that being said, I'm curious what this script will be used for.
I'd be willing to tweak as you need. My rate: $25/hr. We would have to hammer out details for me to give a timeframe estimate, but I'd be willing. We could also take it piece by piece if you prefer.
Anyway, let me know if you are interested: jc@mediaphyte.com
