Sr. Software Design Engineer - C++ / XML

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ Years c++ Experience

Position Detail:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone with a strong background in software development using C++, development frameworks and database technologies. This individual will take the project specifications and develop the code needed to complete tasks on the project or product. Confers with Principle or Senior Software Design Engineer to resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements and inclusion of internal checks and controls. Will play an important role in giving input on new product ideas and the development process. Will assist in meeting project goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- 5 or more years development experience developing software products in C++. Experience with XML is required. Experience with SQL, ATL, MFC, COM, VB and other complimentary technologies is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the needs, preferences, trends and practices affecting customer and market behaviors.
- Ability to work within groups and teams, resolving conflicts and solving problems.
- Appropriate knowledge and application of the technology available in management and business operations. Continue to monitor and develop with technology trends.
