Calling all Programmers: Look in

What I need are several C or C++ functions to do the following:

1. Scroll an outsourced window (within a window) - I need to be able to move up and down 1 view and be able to set the scroll position. I will be scrolling 200 items approx, 12 of which can be viewed at a time.

2. Take in a table in text format from the clipboard or from a file which can be space formatted, or separated by commas or semi-colons. This will need to be inserted into an array with new rows being added reguraly and other rows being updated.

3. Position a window to a certain point on the screen, the window title will be known

4. Simulate a mouse click relative the screen and relative to a window

5. Scan for a text box to pop up

6. Scan a text file from back to front for 10 lines of a 2 column table (first column will always be the same) and insert into an array

7. Communicate with another program over a network, sending and receiving variables

8. Send text to a text box


I have very little experince in programming so I would need all code to be clearly laid out and well commented

Obviously I'm not going to get all this for free, so I'd be willing to pay a reasonable amount for each of the sections. Hopefully there's people here who have or can easily find some of the functions.
