cd burning module $$$$

Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can make a small program that can burn a folder of files to a cd without using any outside software.
The folder path will come from a text file on the hard-drive - so I want the program to be just a single button that reads the path & burns the content to a cd.
The software needs to work in windows 98,2000 & XP.
I am also needing a MAC version.
Anyone interested?
