Smile Cheap Payment

Hey, guys. I can do a lot in PHP, but what I need, is a little... out of reach. So does anyone think they can help me a bit, paid under $10.00 USD. It would only require the following:
-Complete Member System
-Affiliates System
-Ads System
-Tutorials System
-Project System
-Downloads System
-Gallery System
-News System
-Administration System
-In-Built Forum System(I am building the forum, I just need it to look like part of the site.)
-Review System
-Some more stuff to be talked about.

Remember, I can help with some stuff,
if you would like to help me, please reply to this message,
email Haldred@gmail.com, and add Haldred_King11@msn.com
if you have MSN. Thanks a lot.

Someone might install such, maybe CPG Nuke, for $10.00 (though I wouldn't sorry)

If you can do a lot in PHP you can do all those things, if you don't have time, well...

Sorry, just a friend of mine said DevShed was nice, and understanding, and could do it. I guess he was wrong.

Yes people are understanding however $10 is just asking impossible. For a freelancer if they all got paid like that theyd need to work every hour of the day 52.2weeks of the year to get anywhere near something that could give them food.

To be honest if you wanted someone to do a really good job you would look a good 100x your offer of minimum $1000. This would take a fair time to create.

I take that quote as an insult frankly. What do you mean by nice, understanding and could do it? Did your friend thought of devshed as a place where you can find cheap/desparate developers?

My experience says if you managed to hire a developer for under $10 USD two things would happen;

1. The end product would be a disaster in terms of Quality, Scalability, Ease of maintenance
2. The developer would leave you as soon as he/she had a better offer else where and you are left with a lot of code that you can't use

If I didn't have enough cash to pay someone to help me out with my project I would offer a reasonable low salary and pay the rest by offering shares on my project’s profits.

I'm sorry to say this guys (have a point about it anyway) 9/11 was an attack on I.T. workers and in particular software developers. I don't know of any other sectors where people are expected to take less salary since 9/11. I know of many other sectors where they are even being paid more since 9/11.

Even the I.T. companies are charging their customers more but some how we (Software developers) are made to believe we should be paid much less than pre 9/11. This is so much so that another developer would dare to come to our community and ask if anyone would be interested to work for under $10 USD. In Today's exchange rate $10 USD is about £5.57, however he is offering less than $10. The lowest rate I was ever paid was £30ph. If I'm not mistaken someone who works in a shop gets more than £6 today.

Isn't that strange to you?

Well, I would offer 50% of the profit I make.

And if the programmer stayed for a while, they would be paid $10.00 USD per month.

50% is sounding more like it, but your overall tone is so unprofessional, I don't see who would want to work with you on it. Just being honest. If you want people to work for you , you need the $$ to back it up.

lol... 10 bucks a month. oh boy!

Sounds like a case of "make my money for me and I'll pay you half of it."

A developer will earned much money for $10 bucks if he would invest and make those scripts for himself. He might be richer if he would resell the scripts.

Developers make money for yourself.
