I am looking for a confident, hard working and experienced PHP coder for my video clip blog http://www.vidstowatch.com/

about:
VTW was open to the public on 20/12/2011 and has received a fantastic backing which continuously grows day by day. VTW brings the very best video clips from all over the globe and places them all in one blog.

Payment:
You will be paid at least $10 a month, it will almost always be more though. Once VTW becomes more active i will put up ads which we will split the revenue from.

Requirements:
~Follow instructions carefully.
~Be hard working.
~Experienced in PHP.
~Have experience with blogs especially, WordPress based.

Duties:
~Install plugins.
~Customise plugins
~Edit layout.
~General coding.
