Cold Fusion/javascript Programmer Needed

I have a current requirement for a programmer to help sort out a navigation menu problem i'm having with a site. It should be quite straighforward for an expert! (the site is in cold fusion but maybe someone can suggest an alternative for the nav section??) i am more a designer than a programmer - i just know some basic cold fusion and sql.

it is for a vitamins company and basically there is a left nav that need to display products a-z and by category (about 10 categories). The a-z bit is working fine but i want to be able to switch to category view, then click on one and have the products for that category appear underneath. there also needs to be some paging back and forth put in. go to http://premier-health.co.uk.tempurl.biz/ and click on 'own label' to see what i am talking about.
At the moment this is reloading the whole page when u page back and forth, i ideally want in to work as an include so maybe this could be done with some javascript?

I've done some of the coding/sql etc. I just need someone to fix this if i email the relevent files over to them. willing to pay £40 ($70) for a job well done - i suspect this is perhaps an hour or so's work?

I also have a lot of upcoming work that I would need someone for and would be willing to pay around £100 per day. (this does not neccessarily have to be cold fusion - i am considering php)
