hello, my site has been getting messed with, by that i mean users information the database have been getting changed. Many people said it is because i have unencrypted cookies, if this is true, can someone please code me a code so the cookies cant be un encrpyred?

Cookies are set in the web browser, and have nothing to do with your personal website. Unless you are misusing them, treating them as completely secure, and granting moderator privilidges or the like through them, that is...
If you use some common sense in your programming, then cookies can't cause any problems.
