Create Html page using PHP

Hello i am in desperate need for a script. It is not even hard but i dont know php very well. First off my problem is that I am running a website where we sell mixtapes and we get about 20 new mixtapes a week. SO that means that i need to create individually each html file which all the info and pictures about the mixtape. I wanted to make a script that i could enter the data into a page and it creates the page for me. It will go alittle faster!

First i need an HTML page to put on my server. This html page will have 8 textareas or fields. I want to use these textareas/fields to enter data into. For example I want to be able to create this page...http://www.hiphopnext.com/mixunit/americasnightmare.htm by going to "CreateMixtape.html" on my server and typing in the data for that page and when i hit submit i want that data to get inputed into an html file and create the page above. Can someone please help me out. I really need this.
