CSS consultant needed

I've been working on this page for a while and to my surprise i'm not having problems with the back end coding but rather with the CSS. I need someone who's really good in css layouts. The layout can be seen at http://gohedonist.com/main.html and my first problem is that when one clicks on the arrow by the camera the div shows up under it not between the camera and the arrow pushin the arrow to the right. I'll need help on stuff some stuff like that.
It's usually going to be small problems so I'm willing to pay about 50$ for the small help on the positiong. Thanks and if you're interested IM me at statcnet or email ajay@statc.net as soon as possible.
