Hiring - Delphi Developer Needed

Primary skills required:

Delphi 6, Delphi 7, Delphi 2006, Delphi XE2, basic SQL knowledge

Secondary skills desired:

C/C++, Multi-threading, TCP/IP protocol

Essential functions:

. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats with technical and non-technical individuals and groups
. Ability to handle and complete multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet strict deadlines
. Ability to analyze all available options and recommend the most effective software solutions based on findings
. Ability to be on call as needed
. Ability to work with limited supervision
. Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

. Design, development, and test new software solutions for internal and external use
. Enhance and/or debug current software as needed
. Provide software documentation for all new and enhanced designs
. Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelors in computer/engineering discipline minimum

. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Delphi
. Minimum of 2 years of experience in relational databases required
. Knowledge of OOD/OOP required
. Experience in web application and server side development is a plus
. Knowledge of various reporting systems preferred

Must be living currently in the United States and be a U.S. Citizen , GC Holder, Canadian Citizen or EAD getting GC. No H1Bs please.
