DemigodCrisis Game Looking For Artists and Programmers!

Brief description:
This is a new project of mine, so the development has just began. The idea has been under development for about 3 months and I have a solid idea. It is going to be a RPG Team Based Hero Arena style game. Think DotA+Gladiators+WoW+3rd Person ()

Target aim:
Freeware with a premium account.

Compensation:
Profit sharing of premium account and compensation at the end or after your done drawing a character. Upward of XX to XXX a character.
Also looking for paid artists (we have a budget, it's not very high but we do have one)

Technology:
Any 3d program, and any texture editor so long as we can get a tga texture.

Talent needed:
* 1 Network Programmer
* 1 or 2 Concept Artists
* 1 or 2 3d Modelers
* 1 Animator
* 1 3d Texture Guy
