Developer Needed in Raleigh, NC

I need web application development help to take a new business idea from ground zero (development wise) to completion, and then your availability for additions and ongoing maintenance. I am hoping to find someone local to the Raleigh, NC area as I like face to face interaction. My project is funded and I have been told it would be easy for a PHP developer.
