DHTML / Javascript Guru needed for full time position

Description:
One of the worlds top security companies is looking for a DHTML/JavaScript/CSS developer to join our growing team in Southern California.

Pay: based on experience, but is higher than industry average
Location: Orange County, CA
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Eye, etc
401K: 401K with fidelity w/match
Stock: Stock Options granted (the stock is public already)
Bonuses: up to 8% of your salary per year as incentive bonuses

Relocation to southern California available from the united states/canada.


Here is the position description:

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Ensure the usability of our standalone application
Have key decision making responsibility in the dhtml/javascript progression of the application
Plan and develop key pieces of dhtml code

REQUIRED SKILLS
You fully understand all aspects of DHTML including JavaScript, HTML, CSS and DOM.
and how they interact with each other.
Knowledge of SOAP or other web service technology
You are familiar with the issues of making DHTML work on various browsers (IE, FIREFOX).
You write modular Object Oriented JavaScript.
Familiar with advanced DHTML such as drag and drop and xmlhttprequest
Familiar with loading xml files via JavaScript
You have good written communication skills.

DESIRED SKILLS
Good knowledge of other server-side languages an asset(PHP)
A thorough understanding of Web Service protocols and technologies
such as NET, SOAP, and WSDL is highly desired.
Security background with system administration understanding a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
5 years minimum experience
Bachelor degree (BS) in software
Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.

Why do you require a BS? I don't know of any Computer Science programs that require students to learn any of these technologies. Many CS programs don't even offer classes on many of those subjects.
