Doctors Choice Database Developer
We are a small socially responsible start-up serving the senior citizen community. We are seeking to create a web-based database that can dramatically improve the quality of care for our elderly patients. The web-based database will track vital signs for our patients on a daily basis. The database is not large—probably about 20 patients with 30 questions (fields), daily, for several years.
The critical features we’re looking for: User friendly: it needs to be accessed by doctors, patients, and other interested parties in an easy to enter and easy to read format Password protected access to patient history Automated email for preset conditions, Professional consistency with main website, We’re looking for someone who can start shortly and who is experienced, capable, and a good communicator.
