Dos programmer

I would like to hire a programmer for a chinese restaurant program.

Hardware for this program
AMD or Pentium based computer
with a voice modem that supports callerid


Below are the requirements and details

The program must be able to be run on MS-DOS (windows must not be a requirement for the program).
Support input of chinese characters linked with american word ie chicken and broccoli and <chinese characters>

Support callerid
-log calls so customer profile can be automically pulled up the next time customer calls
-history of daily calls
-all customer profile will be stored in a file/database for easy backup
-ability to manually add profiles or edit (profile manager)

Restaurant Menu support
-user can input menu info into program ie #45 pork fried rice gives option for small or large and pricing for each
ie a can of soda #222 can of pepsi $.75

History
track order by date order
daily history of orders
customer order history


Example of program at work
new customer calls in
1. callerid info shows name and number ...employee has option to add address and other info to profile (phone # and name already enter from callerid)
2. employee takes order with a series of menu 1-> appetizers 3.->egg roll or the actually order number ie (11 for egg roll)
3. afterwards the order is displayed and the total is also displayed and option to print

the next time the customer calls the callerid info will display name, phone #, address and any other info that the user entered

employee can come back to this order if he wants by accessing the history for the day


This program has two parts the callerid and the menu system.
I would like to have a quote for each part and estimated time it would take for each part.
