Easy Project - Need a programmer

I pay with PayPal.

My site: http://www.collectorplanet.com/forum

What I need:

A logo (title, something extremely simple) and new navigational menu links
Different color scheme(s)
Teach me how to back up my site
upgrade my PHPbb forums
Add a banner rotator to top of site
Remove the index.html page so that it goes directly to site.

Thats it. This is part 1 that i need to get the site running. I hope to Re-Hire the same programmer to do a couple more things for me after the above are done. Just need tons of little things, which i would think would be simple. Including work on another site.

I am obviously looking for the cheapest, just a decent price, all as long as the work gets done. I would think the above things should be fairly simple to complete.

I don't have a time frame, you can just work on it on your own time, little by little.

please post, PM me or email me at jaxfan81@yahoo.com

I will give you more details on the work to be done.
