EXPERT in php/xml/mySql needed ASAP for great pay!

I need an expert in php/mysql/xml/database optimization, and page design is a bonus.

Had a worker unable to finish a job so am looking for someone dedicated and willing to start ASAP and WORK ON SOLIDLY long hours until completion to FINISH this project.
MUST be able to understand United Kingdom Grid references, also long/lat as the system he was building was turning our site and hotel section into a 'Geo' based system, matching up hotels to attractions and visa versa according to grid references.

Will want the existing system looked at and then tweaked so it is reliable and has no flaws and is working at its full potential.

MOST data and files are in place but needs some optimising (tables split up etc, data ordered) and weeding out of redundant data (some attraction classes we do not need in there)

Also quite a bit of php work to some existing templates. (also 'Smarty' templates) and XML work connecting to hotel providers network and querying there databases.
Also some URL manipulation work (htaccess,mod_rewrite etc)

Basically need someone who knows their stuff and will dedicate LONG HOURS to get this project under wraps.

Will provide you with url's and existing database so you can see ALL existing work before commiting.

No time wasters please. WILL PAY GOOD RATE.
