er, are you going to give them any more information. for instance, if i was you, i would tell them what kind of programmers, what you want them for (freelance or contract progremming) etc.

Females Programmers Wanted
Yes, we want female programmers on contract basis. I think there are some non-serious users are messaging. Our company inaugrate 3 new software houses in Italy, France and Germany thats we want female programmers coz we already hired male programmers.
And there are sortage of competent female programmers.

Speaking of competant female programmers, how about getting more competant in terms of grammar and spelling.
And one more point:
Sure there's a "shortage," or a "sortage" as you like to call it, you're just looking to get up a girl's skirt. lol.

Nah - he's pedaling woman across Europe! They're not for him (after all, he's in Pakistan, right?), they're for his 'constituencies' in Europe. He's basically a cross-continent pimp.
