Freelancer/Design Team Website...

Ok everyone. I am going to give a quick rundown. I am opening a company/design team who's goal is to provide the best design services world-wide. We will be offering custom websites, premium templates, free templates, logos, signatures, bannders, avatars, paintings, drawings, digital art, pixil art, flash animations, java/flash games, php/cgi scripts, etc. We are virtually offering anything and everything the consumer is looking for.

Here is how the site will work. We have to proposals...

1. You apply to join the team. Members of the team will have the profiles publicly displayed should a customer wish to contact you specifically. Members will work on whatever they specialize in, and when products are sold the commission is divided up between the members who worked on that piece. Therefore if you design your own custom website for someone, and the pay is 1,500$ you get 100% of the income. That is right, you recieve it all.

2. You continue to be a freelancer, and we add you to our database. We are looking to have a large online database of freelancers, and their works. We sell your works for you, and you recieve 90% of the income from each work. I know the 10% commission can be hefty in larger projects. For members who regularly sell on our database we will offer deals as low as 2% commission. These deals are of course based on your history with the site.

The more works you have on the site, or the higher the percentage of the ones you have that sell, the lower the commission fee.

I realize this is somewhat vague, but if you feel interested I can offer more information. Just feel free to contact me.
