Thanks karsh44. I did not notice that there was a forum for this. Do you know of anyone who could be interested? We need tow programmers. A Web Programmer and A delphi Programmer.

You are not in India. I mean we are looking for a programmer who can work full time in the maldives. for atleast 3 years. Do you have Delphi Programing knowledge. You are in Canada right?

Its no problem even if you dont know Delphi. But important question is, would you be able to work in Maldives? This is a full time on the job, in-house development job. You can not work remotely.

well i dont have much information on Maldives so i am not sure how much expenses will be..
how much is a 1 room DECENT apartment to rent>?
why dont you tell me what ur willing to offer then i will research info on Maldives to see if i can move
