Gaming Ladder/League

I am looking to hire a Programmer to help finish programming on my site Http://www.starrleague.com

This is a my gaming ladder Program, but a different tourney system. That we have incorporated StarrBux into the system for payouts in tourneys. Weve also incorporated php into the site.

I need help in finishing the payouts in 3 other formats, then making the tourney (Alp) talk with my gaming ladder when reporting losses so that the matches are automatically reported when they report to the tourney area. What existing functionality do you have that needs to be integrated in? Do you have documentation for these existing components?

Do you have the requirements well defined, or will this be a design, then get feedback type situation?

Are you looking for a fixed price or per hour contract?

What timeframe is ASAP? do you have a date in mind, or just want to get up and running quickly?

It says you've incorporated PHP into the site, does this mean the sites strictly PHP/SQL or are there other languages components involved?
