Web Developer / Designer (FLASH)
The Opportunity:
Develops and maintains web sites for the company. Creates content, adapts existing content to a Web-friendly format, creates and maintains the logical structure of the content. Works with a variety of departments as appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
• 5 years experience designing websites for data driven environments and turning the designs into HTML, DHTML and CSS.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and Macromedia Flash development.
• Experience designing solutions for ASP or ASP.NET.
• Creative design and editing skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with media streaming would be a big plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
• Ability to effectively manage projects, time and schedules.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to evaluate new and evolving website technologies.
• Any experience with streaming content would be a big plus.
• Skill in the use of page layout and design software.
• Ability to create and analyze reports, create and proofread written materials.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains plan for organization's Internet presence, based on management priorities, policy directions, and goals.
• Creates enhancements and modifications to web sites; organizes and maintains the sites.
• Assesses new standards, technologies and trends, and formulates strategies and plans for future enhancement of web sites.
• Develops web pages and uploads pages to the web sites.
• Ensures that web sites are accessible from a variety of different environments.
• Produces a consistent visual image on the web sites including maintenance of templates and image archives.
• Ensures that links are up to date; updates information on pages and databases so that content is current.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

PROJECT MANAGER

The Opportunity:
Under limited direction, will manage all aspects of E-commerce on our site. This person will drive the long-term strategic and organizational planning for e-commerce. This person will work with finance, marketing, customer care, IT, and supply chain to meet the company’s goals. This person will analyze historical data, external and internal research to prioritize. This person will work with marketing and IT to deliver improvements to site design and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
•Demonstrated knowledge of consulting methodologies, process mapping, needs assessments and analysis
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
•Experience in writing technical documentation preferred
•Strong eCommerce experience
•Bachelor's degree preferred (extensive experience will be considered)
•Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and HTML editing tools
•Well organized with a sense of urgency and have a creative mind, excellent follow-up and writing skills
•Proven ability to assign, guide and monitor the work of others
•Proven ability to motivate dispersed team personnel to produce quality work on time and within budget
•Proven ability to communicate effectively with business customers, senior management, peers and project staff

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop Project Plan defining the business and solution project teams structure, role/responsibilities
•Develop the communication plan defining the planned methods by which the business and solution teams and stakeholders will communicate
•Manage overall project schedules and related project risk and issue management
•Responsible for overall status to senior management and the business partners
•Facilitate the change control process
•Partner with development team to define application and integration architecture for project
•Define development build process and timing
•Review project plan, schedules and related changes throughout project to gain stakeholders and project sponsor agreement on expectations and constraints through an agreed to sign off process
•Partner with development of process definitions and improvement opportunities Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.


Database Architect
The Opportunity:
The candidate for this position should have advanced expertise in stored procedure programming, data modeling, replication, performance monitoring and optimization, and database administration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
• Master level SQL administration (6+ years)
• Proven ability in SQL scripting and programming
• Experience in .NET programming
• The candidate should demonstrate deep understanding of Database tools, design patterns and the relative systems and tools that support them
• Background in tuning data model for performance.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, high availability, and other DBA skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• The candidate will need to be able to lead technical, physical, and logical data architecture analysis and design sessions.
• Functions will involve leveraging their skills in architecture assessment, review, transition and sequence planning, security planning, legacy system integration, data modeling, and business process engineering to build enterprise-level solutions.
• This team member will help to develop key enterprise services intended to be the foundation of enterprise applications.
• The candidate will need to be able to work closely with vendors and other team members including hardware architects, network & security architects, as well as business analysts to ensure that the services are meeting the requirements of our internal business customers.
• This team member will also engage and help define future standards and processes that will enable effective business agility.

Bachelor's degree; at least 4 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
