Help FAST!!! - Errors while Affiliates Join Daily

Programmer for higher.

I need someone to fix this fast.
I have paid affiliates that are suppose to be autojoined to my program after returning from paying the merchant.

Sometimes autojoin works sometimes it does not.
Can someone help Fast. I have live users joining sometimes by the hour, and need to get a pro to fix it.
