Help Wanted! Pay Per Sale program

Hello, I have a Javascript cart called "Nebu Cart." Its a simple script (that I don't know anything about).

I would like to add a feild to my final checkout screen that says "Referred by". I would now like for this input to goto a system that records and manages how many referrels each of the affiliates have. I would also like if the system had a login for the affiliates to see their progress.
