Hiring a Visual Basic or C++ programmer for 1 day.
I need a Visual Basic or C++ programmer to help program this program for me. Here is basically what i need done.

old number : 98801334455663
my account : 5463728190
new number: 988015463728190x

1) Take Even digits and add them together
2) take odd digits and double each of them
3) add up the digits ... if the number is greater than 10, then seperate out the digits and add them seperately (eg 18 = 1+8 = 9)
EX: 18 _16 _ 2 _ 8 _ 6 _ 4 _ 2 _ 0 to 1+8+1+6+2+8+6+4+2+0=38
4)add together the numbers from step 1 and step 3
5)now subtract the last digit from 10 ... thats your check digit

Thats basically what i have to code. I really need help. Name a price and ill think about it.
