I need a voting progarm

I need a voting program by no later than tuesday june 29, 2004 before 11:00 a.m.

The program needs this:

create a program that displays the winning party for the elections in the following counties:

Broward, Dade, and West Palm Beach.

each county has the following parties:

republican democrat and independant.

first request county from user, then request the party aloowing the user to enter as many votes as possible.

accumulate the votes for each party and the total votes for each county using functions.
