I want to download a file without having to visit original website

Flashget and some other download managers send fake referrer, to website you want to download a file from and grab it

I need a script which does the same thing

cgi/perl
php 4.x

I don't know if you are still banned and can do anything about it but I just wrote this script after reading this thread, it's suprisingly easy to do (took two minutes to write). Just requires changing a header variable.

I'm not sure about the legality issues behind this at all. So I'm not at liberty to talk about it on here on devshed.
