integrated paypal script... $$$

Hello,
I need to find a scriptor who can integrate paypal into an automatic billing script, which will provide for automatic recurring subscriptions. (like whmap, modernbill, etc...)

I will allow need someone who can do this for modernbill.

I've got a question:

Modernbill already has a paypal payment script built in, why would you want another one?
