JAVA Project LEader Needed

Project lead the group.
Coordinate development within and outside the group.
Check code and rewrite code, perform maintenance on code.
Will make presentations to internal staff
Occasionally will speak with clients
Must be team oriented, and work with other teams within the organization
Must have good communication skills

Five plus years commercial development experience using JAVA
· Websphere experience
· Eclispse experience
· At least two years Swing development experience
· At least two years server side JAVA experience (servlets and JSPs)
· Experience developing in n-tier architectures
· Experience with XML and XSLT
· Experience with java sql and SQL XML
· Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write simple queries and stored procedures a plus
· Competency in HTML
· Struts a plus
· BS CS/Math or equivalent work experience
· Proven experience in a senior technical project role

Skills
· Extensive knowledge of Java2
· Experience using design methodologies
· Experience with Sun’s Forte IDE
· Ability to evaluate new technologies and make recommendations
