What job boards or websites do you recommend? I'm currently using Monster, Careerbuilder and Cragslist. Thanks.

I am not sure how much success you have had with these. but, I generally end up getting spam. I use geniebazaar.com

They have very less programmers compared to the number of projects. So, higher chance of getting high paying projects. Currently, working on two projects from there. Hope it helps.. and do share your experience back.

Thanks. I was looking for more full time permanent jobs. But for freelance I have used Guru.com and Elance. The trouble with Monster and Careerbuilder is its all the same recruiter companies scanning resumes. All I do is get emails or calls from recruiters to fulfill their quotas.

Ohh sorry I thought you meant freelancing... m sorry to hear that.. I have had better luck with Linkedin for that.. just search for recruiters and directly present your self to them.. they also have taggin system.. you can search for updates.. and most recruiters who are searching do update their status.. that way you know who is hiring.. hope that helps
