Designer For Hire!

Welcome! I'll get to the point! I'm looking to create a list of web designers who I can contact when I have a client who wishes to have a high class web site designed for their business. I'll collect information from the client to help describe what they want their web site to look like. Then I'll write an e-mail to be sent out in a mailing list whenever I have a client who request my service. In short, I would be their agent rather than their designer. You must agree to the following before signing up:

The client will be allowed to view the design before making their payment.
I, the agent, will recieve 10% of whatever you charge. So if your price is $1.00 per page, I'd get 10 cents per page from you.
You, the designer, must accept payment through Paypal™.
All payments to you will come from me, the agent, rathere than the client paying you directly. This is mostly to protect the clients privacy.
You can place you a text "made by" label, no larger than font size "2" at the bottom of their, the clients, page as a link; however you can't place an image of any branding sort on their, the client's page.
The designs you make will become the property of the client. Therefore, each site is to be unique, I will not allow the use of templates.

this link is not anywhere on the main page, you must type it in!!
