Seriously man, I wrote Republic Online, you might know it.

I think either you underestimate how much work this is, or you are trying to really exploit someone.
Making a game like this takes months if not years of constant additions, and some serious commitment. I would probably say more than what you can pay in money.
You either write it yourself or you have no chance...(or just join the staff of an existing game)
