Lightbulb LDAP Engineer Needed - Contract to Hire - Cincinnati, Ohio

KForce Professional Staffing is seeking an LDAP Engineer for a Contract-To-Hire position with a client on the Northwest side of Cincinnati, Ohio.

The LDAP engineer is needed to design, implement and test a scaleable and secure LDAP-based security infrastructure for the Cincinnati Financial Corporation. Engineer LDAP directory solutions for applications and evaluate LDAP-related technologies. Develop LDAP technology standards and directory synchronization processes.
The position will support single sign-on authentication for our Intranet and Extranet Web portals and applications. Responsibilities include Producing LDAP schema designs and operational plans for populating, maintaining, operating, deployment and enhancement of various forms of Enterprise Level Directories. He or she will also understand and refine the Role Based Security framework used for authentication and single sign-on.

Must have the following experience: 5+ years experience with LDAP or X.500 directory server implementations, including Active Directory and at least one of the following: iPlanet/Sun ONE 4.x-5.1, OpenLDAP, or IBM Directory Server. Excellent process and data modeling skills (using Visio or other tool). Prior experience in the deployment of Corporate Role Based Directory / Security Models within the framework of a highly complex organization model. Experienced in Information Security Technologies and Industry best practices. Object level design practices in Java, C/C++, Perl, and/or other development environments. Experience in automating user account and group membership creation, excellent organization, communication, and analytic skills. Strong knowledge of single sign on authentication, J2EE 1.2 and up, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server and/or IBM DB2), Application Server (BEA WebLogic preferred).
