League/Ladder/Tournament System Needed!

Ok this is what I'm looking for. I don't really care the quality of the script! I'm looking for something kind of like Case's Ladder! I deffinatly don't want it to run like them, having seperate web address's for each thing like tourny jump #'s and stuff like that.


Only thing needed is!

Ladder support to report win/loss!
Tournament Management creating tournaments!
Brackets, tournaments must be ran off a bracket system! Including having multiple types of tournaments as single elimination, double elimination, swiss system, everyone plays till the last person with 0 losses!

Point value system. For ratings! Each user must be apointed rating and rank in league!

Admin panel, must have a easy to use admin panel. I don't care about the additional fast theme changing or anything like that but I would like to beable to set admin access for users and different classes. Member, Tournament Director, Head Tournament Dircetor, and Admin! TD's need to have the access to setup TOURNY's only! HTD's must beable to modify tourny's so if the tourny reporting has been messed up then they can fix it fast.

Admin must have access to add td's/htd's, and ban/suspend users!

BUX system is a plus. Like each user has a certain amount of points or bux that is assigned to them when they join then they use those bux to play in tourny's! Like 10 bux for entry and stuff like that. Now I know Case's does gifting for paid admins, but I want gifting to anyone. Just admin's get to use free bux! Instead of bux transfer!

Ok for single person to build this in 1 week pay is 500 dollars. But if you have others helping you each person get 300 dollars for the development of this! All props will be giving to you and you will be allowed to put a copyright on the scripting system! Also am willing to host a site for the one who does this and add it to a downloads section or even make it a pay site for people to pay for the script or system!

Now make sure this script can be done in ONE lump! I don't want to have to install like 5 different scripts and people to have to signup more then once. Email verification is a plus

Attention all interested programmers. This user recently spoke with our company about doing this project for him, and was, what seemed to be, a legitimate CEO of a Corporation. However, we delivered our terms to him, requiring a 25% security deposit to start, and 75% upon completion. He was allowed to preview the project, but it would not be released until we received the payment in full.

He then went on about “How do I know you’re a real company?” etc. Obviously, as we all know, it’s a matter of trust. We even informed him that we would send him a signed contract from our company incase anything were to happen and he quoted, “You are a f***ing joke!”. I would recommend that nobody work with this user, as it is obvious he wants to have the project before making payment so he can take it and run.
