little phpbb modification needed

I have a custom made referral system installed on www.business-students.com . I also have a little mod (about 4-5 lines of code) which helps me connect my referral system to the points mod. this is what it does, once the referred person joins, it gives the referrer X points (X defined in admin). Now I want to make a really really small adjustment here. What i want done is, that the referrering person should get points only once the referred person has made X posts, (x defined in admin) and not instantly. anyone willing to make this little change, can Pm me with the quote.
