Long term programmer needed

I am looking for a long term commitment with a programmer with experience in all of the following areas:

PHP, MySQL, ASP, MsSQL, Access

The applicant must also have knowledge in Ecommerce Template modifications. Applicants must also have MSN, provide a phone number, and experience working with ECT. EDIT: I would also like to add that the programmer may set there own price on most projects, on a per project basis, which should equal around US $22 - $25 / hour.
