Looking For a Perl Programmer to work on a Established Auction Site

Hello, I own http://www.bidjoy.com its far from perfect I need a CGI Perl Prgrammer to do some things for me, here is my list:

- In the Description Box, Make it so that you can put text in regular and it will automatically change it to HTML (so the auctions looks good) also make the description box bigger

- Revamp the Members area (Currently there is already alot of options, But i want it just to feel more professional)

- Make the emails say "You have posted ((Item Number)) ((Item Description)) on BidJoy.com!

- Work on making the feedback system more desirable (Maybe so you can see all the feedback transaction you can leave feedback for at a finger click)

- Make the site so you can edit your auctions unless there are bids / a certain time amount left.

- *Make a Bulk Lister that is easy to use


Here are some detail: All Files can be accessed through the admin panel, They are all labeled what they file does. Email messages are there to, but we need to get variables changed so we can get it to say the item number and description.
