Hiring - Looking for a PHP/MySQL tutor in San Francisco

I've got a travel site/start up which is 90% completed (mostly by others in tandem with myself). It's a PHP/MySQL based site for the most part (some Javascript, jQuery and Ajax but not much). It's got a custom CMS and a complicated API with our booking partner. I've done all the design work and am the CEO and editor. I'm just learning PHP. My current developer is moving on so I've got this nearly completed site hanging needing finishing, and I'd like to learn how to finish it myself as well as finding someone who may want to handle the more complicated aspects and stay involved long term. I live in San Francisco. I'd love to find someone local who can sit down in person with me and my site code, and teach me what the moving parts are doing, how to troubleshoot and help complete it. Any suggestions for how to find such a person would be much appreciated.
